Our Therapeutic Writing group is designed to engage you with thought provoking prompts. We desire to journey with you as we use our pen and paper to grow. All are welcome to join us on the journey to healing

This is an early morning session intended to help you positively shape your thoughts, energize your mind and charge your day! Herbal Tea and Aromatherapy is included.
In this session you will parallel a physical journey to your mental and emotional journey, while doing interventions to increase awareness and perception of positivity. Plus a little physical activity as well! Session information available upon request.
Come and engage in dance, painting and other modes of therapeutic art as a creative alternative way to cope, engage in self-care, or just express your thoughts and feelings. Session information available upon request.
Music can have a resounding influence on our emotions, memory and healing. This is an integrated session that places focus on the impact sound, music and frequency have on our mind. Session availability information available upon request.
